After some feedback, a few words might be necessary after all, to supplement these pictures.

So...

Use only about 1/2 cup of beans or less, mixed in with 1 egg, to start.

Get the batter to be the consistency of pancake batter.

When you head the pan, put some butter or olive oil on, and test the heat with a few drops of water. They should sizzle, then it's ready, pour the batter on.

Don't make them too big, better to do two small ones, because big ones are harder to flip.

If it is too runny, add more bean. If it's too thick, add another egg.

You also can use other kinds of refried beans or add cheese, anything else that you like. I think plain beans might make it a little bit bland, though a baby will still enjoy!

If you make it, let me know!
